Ordinarily we pay little attention to our bodies. We go through life feeding it whatever our culture, parent, and society program us to eat. We eat too much sugar, salt, and starch while eating too little green leafy vegetables and drinking too little water. Thus causing our bodies to be sick, dehydrated, and stressed. Can we make our bodies our best friend and give it what it needs? Wake up!
